RENTAL PROCESS

Start by searching through our inventory of night vision devices and accessories. Once you've figured out what you need, submit the order and we'll ship it directly to you (unless stated otherwise in the listing, I.E. "rentals will be on site pick up only").

When it arrives, review the packing list to be sure everything is present. Now go play in the dark.

On the return date, review the packing list again to be sure everything is still present. The packing slip will inform you of whatever sized box and carrier is appropriate for the included label.

CANCELLATIONS

If an order is cancelled prior to being shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Should a request be sent after the rental has shipped, one days rental cost will be charged; plus the intercept fee and any other charges applied by the shipping company. This is not a guarantee and should the rental not be eligible for intercept after request, there will be no cancellation and the full charge will persist.

If the rental is delivered, there are no refunds.

SHIPPING

*IMPORTANT* We will not ship to a P.O. box or any address outside of the U.S.

Ship the return using the included label. Make sure to ship by end of business day on the last day of the rental agreement, with the exception of Sunday; in which case the rental will need to be dropped off before end of business day Monday.

When shipping devices back (which includes lasers and lights), remove the batteries. Make sure any lenses not installed on the device are placed back into the baggies they came in if required, *do not clean any lens yourself*.

Make sure caps are placed back on the device(s) and items are returned to their original packaging per the packing list. Any missing items will be charged to the payment method used.

Below are the rules to be followed while renting from us. Also, be sure to read the terms and agreements when finishing your order.

  • Protective lenses are to be installed on the device(s) at all times.

You may remove a sacrificial lens in the event it is broken and replace it with the included extra.

*KEEP THE BROKEN LENS*. In the event a lens is shot out or broken, keep the lens and return it in the case. You will be charged the cost of the lens if you fail to do so.

If you rented a green phos unit, you may remove the purple filters and replace them with the included dust lenses if you don't want to use them. Put them in the baggies.

If the protective lenses need to be cleaned due to dust etc, use the included cleaning cloths and GENTLY wipe the dirt and debris off. Do not touch the lens directly with your finger.

If storing the device in a pouch or bag, caps MUST BE PUT ON.

  • During the day, if you're not using the device, it is to be turned off with the caps on.

Do not under any circumstance point a laser into the lenses of the device.

  • A lanyard is to be used at all times while the device is mounted to your helmet. You may use your own or the included one.

If you're using an external battery pack of your own or rented through us, remove the battery from the device when in use. This applies mainly to the 1431 MK2 housing.
